New Pics



Ok guys - here are some new pics from this weekend. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm about 4 weeks from being ready to step on stage. I still have a decent amount of fat on my low back and butt, but I think a month is enough time to get rid of that. My quads and obliques aren't in yet either but I think those will be coming soon. My weight is about 207lbs now, first thing in the AM. Our goal is to come in right at the top of the LHW class.

  1. Now that is a nice progress...I am following your blog for some time now, and I am also the follower of DC training for a year and I already gained 20 lbs and I have 16 years of training behind me.

    Right now I am 250 and plan on dieting for October nationals in my country. I haven't competed since 2000 so I need some time to get back on track, and your blog certainly gives a lot of motivation, keep up the good work.

  2. Looking solid Jason. It's amazing what leaning out even a little bit does in making one look like a massive mofo. I'm loving the lifebuilding blog... it's boring to keep reading only what someone did in the gym all the time. Keep it coming! -Jeff
